Kristen Archibald, PharmD
Owner
Kristen began her career as the Director of Clinical Services at West Towne Pharmacy shortly after graduating from ETSU College of Pharmacy in 2019. Over time, her position grew to include Chief Operations Officer where she began managing pharmacy workflow and oversaw business development. In 2023, she became a proud owner of West Towne Pharmacy. Kristen is passionate about caring for the community, bridging the gap between providers and patients, and going above and beyond to help patients meet their healthcare needs. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her loving husband, beautiful daughter, and 6 rambunctious pets.
Evin Hughes, PharmD
Pharmacy Manager
Evin started her career as a Pharmacist at West Towne Pharmacy after graduating from ETSU Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy in the Spring of 2023. She has thoroughly enjoyed caring for patients in the community and working with the great team at West Towne. Evin is passionate about serving others and wants to ensure that her patients get the best care that they deserve. During her spare time, Evin enjoys spending tie with her husband, playing with her dog Evie, seeing family, traveling, and baking.
Genia Whitehead, PhT
Retail Manager
Genia Whitehead is a proud southerner who was born and raised in Elizabethton, TN. She started with Princeton Drug over 20 years ago with Mark and Doug. She learned a lot from these gentlemen and the original gang, and then continued to learn from the new owners in the summer of 2017. Now, she is excited to be working and learning with the team at West Towne Pharmacy after the stores combined in the fall of 2024. Genia truly enjoys our customers and is working to combine all she has learned over the years to continue to meet the needs of our patients and to put a smile on their faces!
John Miles, PharmD
Pharmacist
John began working for West Towne Pharmacy in April of 2024, and has much satisfaction working with the staff and helping the community. He likes passing the time with jokes and laughter. John graduated pharmacy school from the University of Mississippi, Ole Miss. He has experience in many facets of pharmacy, including management, hospital and retail. John enjoys spending time with his family and pets, ranching and farming, construction, working with livestock and raising and selling Wagyu beef.
Rebekah Campbell, PhT
Pharmacy Technician
Rebekah is passionate about helping other people in the community. She is currently over the Durable Medical Equipment, Mommy & Me, Compounding, and Diabetic Shoe services at West Towne Pharmacy. Rebekah loves getting to know her patients and building bonds with them while helping them get the care they deserve. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting, going to the movies, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband Justin, her family and friends.
Kaleigh Tilley, PhT
Pharmacy Technician
Kaleigh attends ETSU majoring in biology with a minor in health sciences. She plans to attend Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy in the coming years! She has been a pharmacy technician for two years working in both retail and independent pharmacy settings. Kaleigh loves working in an independent pharmacy because of the connection she gets to build with the patients! In her spare tie, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog Millie, shopping, reading, and watching Grey's Anatomy.
Trinity Crowe, CPhT
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Trinity is in her fourth year of being a certified pharmacy technician. She knew she wanted to switch from a corporate to an independent pharmacy when she saw the extraordinary patient care from them. She is passionate about helping her patients with pill packs and always going the extra mile for them. She enjoys reading, spending time with her husband Blaine, and being with her family.
Kati Austin
Pharmacy Intern
Kati is a pharmacy student at ETSU's Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy with an expected graduation date in 2026. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 2022 with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. Prior to working at West Towne Pharmacy, she worked as a hospital technician and has enjoyed the transition to serving the community in the independent retail setting. She is passionate about helping patients, working on a team, administering vaccines/shots, and learning about medications. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, thrifting, and rollerblading.
James Mclaughlin
Delivery Driver
James began his career with West Towne Pharmacy in 2021, as the delivery driver for both West Towne and Princeton Drug before their merger in 2024. James enjoys meeting our patients' needs and getting to know each patient he encounters. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball, playing with his dog, and spending time with his family.
